Jajecznica pod serową kołderką

Składniki na 2 porcje:

4 jajka

4 kromki chleba tostowego*

4 plasterki salami

starty ser żółty

sól, pieprz

łyżeczka masła

Na maśle usmażyć jajecznicę. Doprawić solą, pieprzem. Na każdą kromkę nałożyć jajecznicę., a następnie położyć plasterek salami i posypać startym serem. Zapiec w 180 st., aż ser się rozpuści. 

* Chleb tostowy można zastąpić bułkami.

The scrambled eggs under the cheese quilt

 

Ingredients for 2 servings:

4 eggs

4 toasted bread*

4 slices of salami

grated cheese

salt, pepper

1 teaspn of butter

Fry the eggs on butter. Season with salt and pepper. To each toasted bread put the scrambled eggs, the slices of salami and sprinkle with grated cheese all. Bake at 180 centigrade til the cheese is melted. 

* The toasted bread can be replaced bybread rolls.
